QuickBase assigment dialogs are straightforward and very well suited to most assignment record assignment tasks. What do you do though when you need to filter what shows up in an assignment dialog?
I've created solutions for customers where the standard search dialog is replaced with a custom dialog that looks exactly like the standard QuickBase one. The difference is it can filter the results based on values in fields of the record being assigned or other arbitrary critera. This is not a particularly difficult feat but one that can make a huge difference in user productivity.
